Farm Raised Angus Beef

Our Beef Is Better!

You cannot find our beef in the grocery store! Our beef is 100% Angus Beef with “grass-on-grain” finishing.

We raise our cattle from birth, letting them graze free-range in our fields. Then, when they are weaned, we begin to feed them limited amounts of grain in the evenings, as well as keeping them on rotational pastures. It’s called “grain-on-grass” finishing, and it produces a tender, highly marbled beef with a wonderful flavor. We never give our cattle antibiotics or growth hormones, so you can be assured you are eating a wholesome, healthy product.

Our cows are happy! And we think you’ll be happy with Seven Springs Farm to Table Angus Beef.  Learn more about our farm-raised Angus Beef.

I could not believe the busy morning we had today. Rick, Stacy and Travis poured concrete for our new warehouse/machinery shed. Then off to Union County Co-Op for a new tractor tire. Jim, Abigail and Meg were harvesting for market tomorrow. While all this was happening, Nikki, Michael and crew harvested grapes.Lindsay was inside selling wine and produce. All of this was before lunch. Can't wait to relax and listen to music tonight at the Winery. ... See MoreSee Less
